THE BANK LAUNCHES THE PURNA BAKTI (PENSIONER) PROGRAM


Jakarta - Wednesday, May 30, 2012, PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk (BTPN) launched BTPN Purna Bakti (pensioner)  at Balai Kartini, Jakarta, which was attended by the Board of Directors and Commissioners of the Bank as well as its business partners. BTPN Purna Bakti is a new brand for the Pension Business, which has been managed by the Bank since 1958. Now, the Bank has developed and specifically designed this program to address the needs of customers who are retirees or will be entering retirement.

"Doing this business for more than 54 years, has made serving and empowering pensioners a calling for all employees of the Bank. We look at pensioners as special individuals who have worked, dedicated and served this nation for decades. On this basis, BTPN purna bakti was established as evidence of BTPN’s deep respect and appreciation of the military personnel and civil servants who have and will enter retirement across Indonesia, "said Deputy President Director, Ongki W. Dana.

Ongki said that BTPN Purna Bakti provides branch offices that are safe and convenient for customers, who in majority are in senior age, and has free medical check-up facilities as well as religious facilities. In addition, BTPN Purna Bakti customers can also enjoy and benefited from the Daya Program, which is the Bank’s sustainable and measurable empowerment program to improve the quality of healthcare and improve the entrepreneurial capabilities of its customers.
