The event presented the CEO and founder of Javara Helianti Hilman and BTPN Daya Head Andrie Darusman, as well as Tempo.co Director Tomi Aryanto as the moderator.
In his presentation, BTPN Daya Head Andrie Darusman explained that with the focus to serve and empower the pensioners, MSME and the productive poor community segment, BTPN believes that customers do not only need access to financing to improve their welfare. Customers also need training and accompaniment to have a better life.

At the same event, the CEO and founder of Javara, Helianti Hilman said that she believes in the need of training and accompaniment to his business partners who mostly are farmers and traditional food makers. Through training and accompaniment, farmers and traditional food makers can create better quality products as well as improving their businesses in a sustainable way.
Those MSME also need to get promotion and marketing access so that they can promote and sell their products to a wider market. One of the ways that Helianti has done was taking those farmers and food makers for workshops, demos and joining domestic and overseas events.
