Jenius, Life Finance solution is now present in Medan
Medan, February 20, 2019 – Jenius, a life finance solution for digital savvy was officially launched in Medan. After being introduced in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya and Malang, Jenius has continued its commitment to extend its services to help Indonesians in managing their financing better. Furthermore, Irwan Sutjipto Tisnabudi, BTPN Deputy Head of Digital Banking, Value Proposition & Product Head, explained unique features in Jenius, which have continuously been developed through the co-creation process with the digital savvy since the beginning. “Jenius was born through the collaboration and co-creation process with digital savvy. The co-creation spirit with digital savvy has continuously brought in developing Jenius’ unique features. By introducing Jenius in Medan, we hope we can collaborate and co-create in providing banking services that are more comprehensive and relevant to the need of digital savvy in the city,” he elaborated.
Through the features in Jenius, digital savvy can easily manage their financing such as opening an account, doing transactions, managing their account easier, smarter and whenever they want through their smartphones. The unique features in Jenius include Send It which can be used to transfer money, pay phone bills, credit card bills, e-commerce, internet, TV subscription, transportation and top up telephone through smartphones. The $Cashtag feature gives options to the customers to remember and give information of their account number to another party easier because it is created not by numbers but by name.
As a comprehensive financial service solution, Jenius provides several savings in one account namely Flexi Saver, Dream Saver, and Maxi Saver. Flexi Saver is a flexible saving account with attractive interest that can be withdrawn or topped up whenever without time limit. Dream Saver can be used for a specific purpose and can be automatically withdrawn from the active savings in daily, weekly or monthly time frame. Meanwhile, Maxi Saver is a maximum saving with optimum interest. Therefore a Jenius customer can open a saving account without the need to queue at a branch office and can decide the flexible saving period from one to 12 months period.
Jenius customers also have the chance to get 5 (five) debit cards which can be used in Visa and GPN networks depending on their needs. Jenius debit cards comprise of the main debit card (m-Card), virtual debit card (e-Card) and additional debit cards (x-Card) that can be used in the ATM Bersama/Prima network. There is also the e-Wallet Center feature which easily help customers to top up their Go-Pay, OVO, TCASH and M-Tix accounts.
Jenius also makes it easier for customers to classify financial transactions using the In and Out feature. The users can also download financial transaction records through the e-Statement that can be shared using e-mail, SMS or chatting application.
