BANK INDONESIA: NAME ABUSE ON MIRANDA S. GOELTOM

Bandung (Admin). In connection to the circulation of information and invitation on the "Executive Golf Tournament 2007" to win Miranda S. Goeltom Cup, here with is our clarification:

The publications and invitations of the said event to be held by Yayasan Karya Pelita Indonesia (YKPI) at Jl. Tegal Parang North. 19, Jakarta, 12790 have been circulating in public. It has been said that J.P. Gultom, is the Chief Organizer of the event, assisted by Hasan AG as the Secretary as well as other assistants. The invitations also attach the business card and signature of Miranda S. Gultom (not Goeltom) as the Committee Supervisor.
Regarding the above matter, we hereby clarify that Miranda S. Goeltom, both individually and in her position as Senior Deputy Governor of Bank Indonesia, has never engaged in any cooperation, directly or indirectly, with any party to carry out "Executive Golf Tournament 2007". Thus, the inclusion of the name and signature of Miranda S. Goeltom in the publications and invitations of the said tournament is declared untrue; and therefore, Mrs. Goeltom cannot be held liable.
