BTPN LISTING IN IDX - STOCK PRICE REACHES RP 3,050 PER SHARE


Jakarta (Admin). As of today, Wednesday 12th March 2008, BTPN has officially listed its shares in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). At 10:00 Western Indonesian Time, PT Bank BTPN's share quotation was displayed on the screen with an initial price of Rp 2,850 per share before soaring immediately to Rp 3,060. The Stock Price Index of the previous day (11th March) was closed at Rp 2,523.534.

 

BTPN has been listed as the sixth company listing the shares in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2008.

 

BTPN's issued and fully paid-up capital after the Initial Public Offering totaled 943,936,190 shares. In order to comply with Government Regulation No. 29 of 1999, the number of shares listed was 934,496,828 shares. The unlisted 9,439,362 shares or 1% of the issued and fully paid-up capital after the Initial Public Offering was owned by PT Recapital Advisors.

 

This memorable event was attended by representatives of PT PPA Persero, BTPN's Commissioners and Directors, Professional Associations, large investors, and guests.
