Enhancing its Services for Pensioners, BTPN to Operate on Saturday, 1 July 2017


Jakarta, 29 June 2017 – With regard to the payment of pension benefits for the month of July 2017, BTPN Purna Bakti branches will be open on Saturday, 1 July 2017.

 

“BTPN fully understands that pensioners need to have immediate access to their monthly pension benefit. A such, on July 1, 2017, branches of BTPN Purna Bakti will be open even though it is a Saturday and still within the Idul Fitri holiday period. This is consistent with and in support of the policy of PT TASPEN (Persero),” said Deputy President Director of BTPN Ongki Wanadjati Dana, in Jakarta on Thursday (29/6)

 

In addition to utilizing branches, those BTPN Purna Bakti customers who have passed the authentication period (identity verification) can also obtain their pension benefit through an automated teller machine (ATM). Customers can withdraw cash at an ATM for free once every month using the BTPN ATM, ATM Bersama and ATM Prima networks.
