Daya Sehat Sejahtera is a program that aims to promote a healthy lifestyle for all BTPN customers. Daya Sehat Sejahtera activities are categorized into three groups:
Health Information. BTPN customers and their family members receive practical tips on how to implement a healthy lifestyle as well as information on special topics regarding physical, emotional and mental health.
Interactive Dialogue. Customers and medical practitioners meet in a dialogue, during which they can discuss and seek for advices on healthy lifestyle and how to practice it in daily life.
Health Service. Customers have opportunities to undergo free examinations and health consultation provided by medical experts.
We create various innovations to provide excellent and high quality services for our customers, by presenting Daya program digitally through www.daya.id which can be accessed anytime anywhere, as well as strengthening cooperation with partners that share our view on community empowerment, particularly in the health area.
Through Daya Sehat Sejahtera, BTPN also provides opportunities for customers to involve in the campaign as health personnel under the Kader Kesehatan (Health Cadres) Program. To become a Health Cadre, a customer must pass a selection procedure and undergo trainings to equip them with basic skills and knowledge on health examinations.
