Jenius from Bank BTPN Receives 2024, 7th Infobank Satisfaction, Loyalty, and Engagement Awards
Jenius from PT Bank BTPN Tbk (“Bank BTPN”) received the “7th Infobank Satisfaction, Loyalty, and Engagement 2024” awards from Infobank Magazine.
This event was held to appreciate banks with the best service in maintaining trust, emotional attachment, and loyalty of customers. The assessment was determined from the results of surveys and data studies conducted by Marketing Research Indonesia (MRI).
Bank BTPN Digital Banking Creative & Strategic Planner Lead Wijaya Panjalumurti received the awards for Jenius which were given by Editor in Chief Infobank Magazine Eko B. Supriyanto on Thursday (01/02) in Jakarta.
