During her visit, Queen Maxima witnessed a simulation of an account opening process, cash deposit transaction, and shopping transaction using BTPN Wow! – TCASH. Desi Hapitalia, the owner of the store, spoke about how she was interested in becoming a BTPN Wow! agent because she wanted to make it easier for members of the local people to withdraw and deposit cash as well as pay for their electricity and water bill. In addition, as an agent, Desi is able to provide education to the local people on how to save money.
