Daya is born from the soul's calling to provide a more meaningful life for Indonesian society.

Daya is a program that embodies the vision and mission of Bank BTPN, aimed at delivering significant value and change in the lives of millions of people through Daya. Bank BTPN provides sustainable social and environmental empowerment programs to support the achievement of Indonesia's sustainable development goals for 2030,  set by the government.

In developing its programs, Daya collaborates with various stakeholders, including regulators, customers, business partners, employees, and the community.

 

WHY DAYA?

Daya is a capacity building program for the Indonesian society, especially Bank BTPN’s customers, in all segments, from low-income (productive poor) people all the way to corporate.

Bank BTPN believes that these customers segments not only need access to finance and financing, but they also need to increase their capacity in various fields to have a better life.

Therefore, based on research to identify customers’ needs and challenges, Bank BTPN designed a comprehensive empowerment program, which includes competence development, personal financial health, capacity to grow for business & sustainable living.

Furthermore, the development of programs, modules and training curriculum for customers is always enhanced by collaboration with various credible and relevant universities, corporates and institutions who have the same vision to create a stronger Indonesian society.

Daya.id is a website aimed to improve the entrepreneurship capacity and a healthy lifestyle, through a variety of content that is credible and relevant with the needs of Indonesian people. DAYA PILLARS

Daya, as an empowerment program, is aimed for community, particularly to Bank BTPN customers from all segments, ranging from low-income individuals (pre-prosperous productive) to corporations. This empowerment program is conducted both online and offline, divided into four pillars:

  1. Competence Development,

  2. Financial literacy,

  3. Capacity to Grow for Business,

  4. Sustainable living.

These programs are designed after conducting research and needs analysis to identify the issues or needs of the target groups. The research includes evaluative and projection aspects and is conducted among customers, SME actors, partners, and the business units of Bank BTPN.

Furthermore, in the program development phase (which includes curriculum, modules, and activities) continuous improvement is ensured by collaborating with various universities, corporate entities, and institutions that are experienced in their respective fields and share a common vision to collectively create a better Indonesia and world.

Sahabat Daya is a volunteer program that invites all Bank BTPN stakeholders to be directly involved in empowerment programs. Not only for employees, Bank BTPN management and partners, the Sahabat Daya program is also open to all customers and students who have the passion for making a difference of other people’s lives.
