BTPN 10K MARATHON RACE ON 26 AUGUST 2007
BTPN 10K
is a marathon race organized by BTPN in collaboration with PASI JABAR, specifically tailored to the circumstances in Bandung.
TIME & PLACE
The race will be held on Sunday, 26th August 2007 from 6:30 AM, with finish and start lines around Jalan Sultan Agung (BTPN - Dago Branch). Each participant is required to fill out a registration form and submit it to the Organizing / Executive Committee.
ROUTE
BTPN 10K will take a 10-kilometer distance on paved roads, following the route selected by the committee.
Runners will be able to track the distance from the signs posted on the left side of the lane that will display 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 kilometer.
PARTICIPANTS
Participants are divided into the following categories:
PRIZES AND LUCKY DRAW
Prizes worth a total of Rp 180 million (one hundred and eighty million Rupiah) has been prepared for the winners. Lucky draw prizes include motorcycles, refrigerators, television sets, cellular telephones, etc.
ROLL CALL
All participants must report to the Roll Call counters at the latest within one hour before the race begins. The participation of non-athletic runners shall be confirmed by inserting the participation check card into the Roll Call Box provided.
DRESS CODE
At the time of re-registration, participants are required to display their official number at the front & the back of the official race shirt. Participants who do not use the number officially assigned to them or do not display the number properly will be disqualified.
MEDICAL SERVICES
Medical posts with doctors and staff nurses will be set up at the start and finish locations as well as along the route. All participants must show the Statement of Good Health to join the competition. Health Officers and the referee have the power to disallow a participant from the race due to unqualified health condition.
All registered participants will be insured during the race.
REFRESHMENT POST
The first refreshment post will be set up 5 km from the starting line and at every subsequent kilometer until the finish line.
TIME KEEPING
Official time keeping will be displayed facing the participants on the vehicles moving in front of them.
OTHERS
Don't wait! Submit your registration now. The registration fee of Rp 7,500 will cover T-shirt, insurance, and snacks. Registration will be closed on 24th August 2007.
