A savings account product for individual customers that provides optimum comfort and simplicity in transactions. 


Product overview 

  • Offers competitive interest rates
  • Account can be accessed from BTPN branch offices
  • Equipped with ATM/debit Card (for account opening made at BTPN Sinaya branch office)
  • All paid interest are subject to taxes stipulated by the government 
  • Minimum amount of initial deposit: Rp 250,000
  • Information services regarding account transactions are available from Sinaya Notification (through SMS and e-mail). To access the Sinaya Notification services automatically, customers should use cellular services from a local GSM provider (Telkomsel, XL, Indosat, Axis or Three (3)).
  • Information about account transactions is provided in savings account passbook and/or electronic statement (e-statement)*.

*To access the e-statement service, a customer must first register with the BTPN. 

  • Easy transactions, including balance checking, cash withdrawal and interbank transfer in ATM Bersama and Prima Networks, and debit transactions in Prima/BCA Network. 
  • Available in foreign currencies: US Dollar, Singapore Dollar, Japanese Yen, Hong Kong Dollar, British Pound, and Euro
  • Specifically for foreign currencies savings accounts, cash withdrawals only eligible on the Visa Plus Overseas network.

Individual – Indonesian Citizens

  • Original ID card
  • NPWP (tax identification number) Card

Individual – Foreign Citizens

  • Passport
  • Temporary Stay Permit (KIMS/KITAS) or Reference Letter
