MANAGERIAL SKILL TRAINING: IMPROVE HUMAN RESOURCES QUALITY


Bogor (Admin). NISD Training (Niaga Intermediate Supervisory Development) - Batch V, under the cooperation between BTPN and PT Bank Niaga Tbk. been held on 17-20 April 2007 at Gunung Geulis Bogor.

 

A total of 25 BTPN's employees of various different positions - Branch Manager, officers of Head Office Institutional Relations, Head of Division, Head of Department, and Regional Coordinator - participated in the four-day training that covered Leadership, Stress Management, Communication, Empowerment, Management Change, Building High Team Performance, Strategic Goal Setting, and Industrial Relations. The participants enthusiastically engaged in the sessions and gave constructive inputs in every session.

 

NISD training is expected to enhance managerial skills of its participants that will be applicable in their work.
