NATIONAL WORKSHOP: BUSINESS, CREDIT, AND HR

Jakarta (Admin). Human Resources Division has recently organized a workshop for Division Heads, Branch Managers, Regional Coordinators, Department Heads, Heads of Sub-branch Offices, as well as a number of Head Office Staff. The workshop took the venue at Mercure Hotel in Jakarta on 12-15 April 2007. Also present in this event were the Board of Directors and one of the Commissioners, Dorodjatun Kuntjoro-Jakti.

Amidst the very tight schedule of the event, on Friday, 13th April 2007, BTPN signed a cooperation agreement with Bank Niaga on
NISD (Niaga Intermediate Supervisory Development) Training - to be attended by Branch Managers, Department Heads of the Head Office, and a Regional Coordinator as an observer - and NBSD (Niaga Basic Supervisory Development) - for the Bank's Section Heads and Heads of Affairs.

Such activities are expected to upgrade the quality of BTPN's human resources, for them to be more competitive in delivering service excellence to customers and other stakeholders.

The sessions at Mercure Hotel included Director's Briefing, Presentation about Capital Market, Business Workshop, Credit Workshop, Leadership Development, and Organizational Structure & HR Requirements.
