BTPN CONDUCTS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS


Jakarta (Admin). BTPN has held another Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on Friday, 8th June at J. W. Marriot Hotel in Jakarta. The Meeting was attended by the representatives of shareholders, members of the Board of Commissioners, members of the Board of Directors, Ernest & Young Public Accounting Firm, and a notary.

 

BTPN's shareholders in presence were PT PPA (Persero) - represented by Fansisca Ekawati & Ardian Pratama, PT Recapital Advisors - represented by Y. A. Didik Cahyanto & Aldi Kuswandi, Fuad Hasan Masyur - represented by Afief Pahlevi, PT. Bakrie Capital Indonesia - represented by Ananda Arthanelly, and PT Danatama Makmur - represented by Emanuel Unang Permana & Hary Herdiyanto.

 

In the Meeting, the Annual Report for the fiscal year ended on 31st December 2006 was approved and concluded with full consensus. The Meeting also ratified the Annual Statements consisting of Balance Sheet and Profit / Loss as of 31st December 2006 which have been audited by Ernest & Young Public Accounting Firm with fair opinion as well as released and discharged the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners from the responsibility on the management and supervision for the fiscal year of 2006. Furthermore, the Meeting agreed to distribute the profit for the fiscal year ending on 31st December 2006 to the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors and to allocate the unappropriated net income of 2006 as retained earnings.
