BTPN CELEBRATES 62ND ANNIVERSARY OF INDONESIAN INDEPENDENCE IN BANDUNG


Bandung (Admin). In the commemoration of the 62nd anniversary of Indonesian Independence, on Wednesday, 15th August 2007, the Municipal Government of West Java held a parade participated by the representatives of the regencies and cities within West Java province as well as of the government and private institutions.

 

BTPN Head Office and Dago Branch took part by sending BTPN Band and decorated vehicles to the event that was opened by the Governor of West Java Dani Setiawan. Also present was a contingent from one of the governors of South Korea.

 

An opening dance performance commenced the event and told a story about the prosperous land of Parahyangan. Soon, the troops of marching bands, traditional arts, motorcycle rally and decorated cars flowed on the city streets to mark this patriotic celebration.
