PRESIDENT COMMISSIONER GIVES GENERAL LECTURE AMIDST DAGO BRANCH GRAND OPENING


Bandung (Admin). Amidst the visit to Bandung for the recent opening of Ladies Branch in Dago, President Commissioner Prof. Dr. Dorodjatun Kuntjoro Jakti had the opportunity to give a general lecture on the importance of careful formulation of long-term economic development strategy, particularly in the anticipation of various evolutions within the world economy.

 

The lecture was organized by the Islamic University of Bandung (Universitas Islam Bandung - UNISBA) and attended by its academicians and students, from 9:00 to 13:00.

 

On this occasion, the President Commissioner who is nicknamed "Pak Jatun" was accompanied by Director of Business Gandi G. Putra Ismail.

 

"Our economy is indeed connected with the international economy because the portion of export-import in GDP (gross domestic product) reached 56%," he said in the lecture on Indonesian Economic Vision 2015, at the Graduate Faculty of UNISBA, Saturday 28th July. He also shared a little information about BTPN performance and the recognition from Investor Magazine won by the bank at the beginning of the first half of 2007.
