STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT WORKSHOP FOR BTPN'S EXECUTIVES


Denpasar (Admin). After BTPN made a number of remarkable achievements in 2007, the management had decided to hold "Strategic Alignment Workshop" at the beginning of 2008 with the theme: the Transformation towards a Better Future in Denpasar, Bali on 17th December until 20th January 2008.

 

The workshop was attended by all leaders of sub-branches, branches, regional offices, divisions, as well as directors and commissioners.

 

In his presentation, President Director Paul Wiranata reminded the employees on their trilogy that consists of Integrity, Responsibility, and Professionalism. Besides, every employee must align their activities in order to achieve the company goals.

 

Rhenald Kasali and Arwin Rasyad also gave very effective inputs to the leaders, for them to use as the foundation in achieving their aspiration to deliver the best service to stakeholders, including customers, such as how leaders should treat their subordinates, as well as the strategy to work together to achieve the targets, including the target to provide comfort for customers, from comfortable restrooms to comfortable waiting room.
