BTPN'S ASSETS TOTAL 10T AS OF OCTOBER 2007


Bandung (Admin). The various activities carried out for business development have produced satisfying financial performance. As of October 2007, BTPN's assets reached Rp 10 trillion, after growing 72.4% over the same period in the previous year.

For the ten months of 2007, the Bank has recorded Earnings before Tax (unaudited) of Rp 383 billion, or an increase of 155.3% over the previous period. This reflects the increase of lending, which grew 67.4% compared to same period of the previous year (year on year).

In addition to pursuing the activities for loan growth, the Bank also put great efforts to increase the third-party funds (TPFs) as a source of funds to carry out intermediary activities, resulting in TPF increase of 76% compared to the same period in the previous year. With such increase in TPF, LDR as of October 2007 stood at 92.5%.

Based on the financial performance as of October 2007, total assets is estimated to reach Rp 11 trillion by the end of 2007. (FDT, source: Division Head of Finance - Beni Nurtantijo).
