RECEPTION OF JAKARTA AND WEST JAVA REGIONS

Bandung (Admin). In the welcoming of the holy month of Ramadhan, the Board of Directors of BTPN organized "courtesy call" program with all employees within the regions of Jakarta and West Java.

Each Regional Office organized the event separately. Jakarta Region held the event in Bogor on Monday, 10th September. The Head of Jakarta Region Toni Gurbadi welcomed and thanked the staff and the directors who attended the reception.

The event of Jakarta Region was attended by participants from Lampung, Banten and Bogor. Meanwhile, the event of West Java Region was attended by representatives from Cirebon, Sumedang, Garut, Bandung, and Ladies Branch of Dago. This event took place in Bandung on Tuesday, 11th September at Amigos Restaurant. The Head of West Java Regional Office Tutun Hanurani announced that West Java had reached 90% of the target as stated in the Business Plan.

On both occasions, President Director Paul Wiranata announced to all employees that BTPN had exceeded the average growth rate of commercial banks in Indonesia with BTPN's assets in the national scope have grown by 75%. This is a truly remarkable achievement compared to the banks that had only grown by 14%, on average.

This success was contributed by the efforts of both the management and the employees. The efforts made include rebranding - by changing the logo of the Bank; re-layouting - changing the layout of work space; and technological transformation - from decentralized to centralized technology with online system.

These changes have transformed the Bank's operations and encouraged employees to attend training to support their work with the new online system.

Director of Business Gandhi G. Putra Ismail also announced that the Bank's achievements will be passed onto the employees in the form of incentives. The more hard-working they are in achieving the Company's target, the higher the reward that will be given to them.

For the achievement of its goal, BTPN is also supported by four business pillars consisting of Pension Loans, Funding (the Third Party Funds), Micro & Small Business loans, and the Sharia Business.

The four pillars are expected to improve the Bank's financial ratios, with the results to be enjoyed by the employees to achieve a more meaningful life. (FDT)
