Gives customers an ease to determine the maturity period for their deposits. You can choose from a variety of options from 1 to 12 months, 18 months, or 24 months.

Product Overview

  • The product offers a return that is accordance to the interest rate that is agreed upon the beginning of the funds placement, should no withdrawal made until the deposit term ends.
  • A customer who withdraws his or her funds before the maturity date will become a subject of penalty and will not eligible to receive the accrued interest.
  • All paid interest are subject to taxes stipulated by the government 
  • The minimum amount of principal is Rp 10,000,000
  • Maturity periods are available for 1-12 months, 18 months and 24 months.  
  • The maturity period can be extended automatically (Automatic Roll Over-ARO)
  • An extension can be made for the amount of the principal only or the amount of the principal and the interest.
  • Interest can be paid in monthly scheme or when the term ends.
  • Information services regarding time deposit transactions are available from Sinaya Notification (through SMS and e-mail). To access the Sinaya Notification services automatically, customers should use cellular services from a local GSM provider (Telkomsel, XL, Indosat, Axis or Three (3)).
  • Information about the accounts is provided in time deposit advice and/or electronic statement (e-statement)*.

*To access the e-statement service, a customer must first register with the BTPN.

  • Available for individual and non-individual customers
  • Complete the product opening/placement form and submit supporting documents that are required
  • Own a savings account or demand deposit account with BTPN as a source of funds and funds receipt account to withdraw the time deposit.
  • Required documents:

Individual – Indonesian Citizens

  • Original ID card
  • NPWP (tax identification number) Card

Individual – Foreign Citizens

  • Passport
  • Temporary Stay Permit (KIMS/KITAS) or Reference Letter

Non-individual

  • Original ID card
  • NPWP (tax identification number) Card
  • Company documents, such as SIUP (business permit) and TDP (company registration certificate)
